Return Process

  Check the Security Seal

  Before opening, verify the color through the transparent window; returns are only accepted if the hygiene security seal is unbroken and the packaging is in its original condition.

  Fill Out the Returns Form

  Complete the returns form included in your original package, clearly stating whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different shade or length.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
